Back on track?

So the last time I posted I had been able to get out for a 6 mile run. I ended up taking Thursday off because of work and plans I had made, but I decided to go out Friday morning with the November Project. I should have made that it’s own post but I’m dumb and forgot.

Later that day, I went to SoulCycle. It was a fantastic class and I will definitely be going back for that instructor! Enjoyed the rest of the night and was excited to go for a run the next day.

Except I woke up with a giant pain in my ass. Seriously. I don’t know if I pulled a muscle or what but everything hurt. Getting out of bed, walking around, just standing still if I put all my weight on my right side hurt. I took the day off, and Sunday but I played flag football that night with my buddies.

I took the rest of the week off to let the pain go away (and some other personal reasons) and finally felt good Friday morning. I decided to wait again just to make sure I wasn’t just having a good day.

Sunday morning I wanted to head out for 12 miles but found myself with no fuel in my fuel belt (I SWEAR I had just bought some new gus….) so I cut that back to 6. It was rough after all that time off, but I did it. Time to get things moving again.

It’s Monday night and again my stomach is bothering me. I feel like I may need to get this checked out. Gonna try and head out in the morning!
